Has been a church planter since 1989. His first church was planted in Kilgore, Texas in the Piney Woods of East Texas. Since that humble beginning he and his wife, Charlotte, have planted 4 additional churches in both large and small cities. Pastor Tom has experience and advice on the legal and logistic matters of church planting as well as the practical matters of planting a successful church.

Pastor Tom also acts as a consultant to existing churches. He is considered a “Church Coach” by those who know him personally. He has given sound advice to hundreds of Pastors on how to bring change to struggling churches.

Pastor Tom also has experience in evaluating your church and staff and creating a successful marketing plan that will stabilize or increase your church in all areas. This plan is created by observation, experience, prayer, and mostly by the leadership and direction of the Holy Spirit.
