LifeBridge
Christian Center and Pastor Thomas McDaniels have birthed a unique
ministry that offers great opportunity for Pastors, Churches, and
Ministries.
As the visionary
of REAP
Pastor Tom has taken 24 years of
experience and developed a program that will serve the Body of Christ
in many ways. Pastor Tom began
the REAP ministry
because of a vacuum in healthy accountable relationships for leaders
who are not a part of a denominational organization. REAP
is
unique in that it's vision and
purpose is centered on being a catalyst to link and resource leaders
in the Body of Christ.
This includes
offering a measure of leadership, oversight, and accountability to
churches and ministries that are spiritually related.
Pastor Tom
personally experienced years a Senior Pastor without a Spiritual
Father or any type of covering relationship. This is a common problem
in charismatic circles and has detrimental complications to the
church and the leader. REAP
is a healthy solution to this
delimna.

Definition
of Terms
Spiritual
Father – A
spiritual father is a leader in the body of Christ that an individual
recognizes as a person they choose to submit to for advice, counsel,
correction, and accountability. This person is also given the right
to personally mentor and speak openly into those who have committed
to this type of biblical relationship. Example:
Paul & Timothy, Elijah and Elisha
Resourcing –
This word is not
intended to focus on the financial realm. Our focus at REAP
is to offer our leadership gifts
and ministry experience and network them into serving those
relationally committed.
- What REAP is Not
-
REAP is
not a funding organization for other ministries. Our primary role is
not financial support to those linked to us. REAP
may occasionally offer financial
support, however that is not our main function. We also are not a
bailout for churches or ministries. We are very qualified to give
sound wisdom to help you with difficult financial decisions and will
prayerfully stand with you in seasons of financial challenge.
-
-
REAP is
also not a financial lending organization. We do not make company
loans to churches or ministries except in special situations. We do
want to be informed of your financial challenges and will
prayerfully consider a donation to assist you in recovery.
-
-
What REAP is
-
REAP is
a relational driven network of men and women seeking relationships
that enhance the Kingdom of God. We are committed to offering prayer
support, wisdom, advice, counsel and accountability to those God
links together.
